Nick has over 10 years experience in corporate finance, including seven years with the M&A team at Ernst & Young. As well as working in practice, Nick has spent five years in industry working for acquisitive businesses in the South West .

Transactions led by Nick during 2006 include the sale of Kestrel Powered Access Ltd to Lavendon Group plc and the £42m MBO of Securistyle Ltd by the management team and Bank of Scotland.

Since joining Robson Taylor Corporate Finance Nick has advised on a range of transactions including the MBOs of PB Design and Charles Saunders, the acquisition of Medica Reporting by Nuffield Hospitals, and the disposal of Celtic Technologies Ltd.
