Ian has over 20 years experience of advising privately owned businesses on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising. He started Robson Taylor Corporate Finance in 2006, having previously held senior roles in the corporate finance teams of Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

Deals upon which he has advised at Robson Taylor Corporate Finance include the MBO of Charles Saunders, the acquisition of Medica Reporting by Nuffield Hospitals and the sale of Brian Vousden opticians.

Previously Ian has advised on a range of high profile deals including the sale of Snow + Rock, the MBO of Fairways and a series of acquisitions by MilkLink to create one of the largest dairy companies in the UK.
