A Management Buy-In team has joined the existing managing director, Roy Harrill, to acquire Wings Ambulance Services Limited and Wings Aeromedical Services UK Limited.
Wings is a leading private ambulance operator in the South-West with a team of fully qualified paramedics and state of the art ambulances. Wings also provides a medical repatriation service to the UK’s leading travel insurers.
Funding for the MBO was provided by HSBC.
The transaction was originated, and led by Robson Taylor Corporate Finance, and was completed within two months of the MBI team meeting the business.
Legal advice was provided to the MBI team by Roxburgh Milkins, and to the vendors by Veale Wasbrough.
