Robson Taylor Corporate Finance sucessfully closes its second deal of 2008, advising on the sale of up-market Bath based opticians chain, Brian Vousden Opticians Limited.
This sale comes hot on the heels of the acquisition by Nuffield Hospitals of Medica Reporting Limited, which completed on the first working day of the year. Brian Vousden Opticians has been sold to a MBI team lead by Arminder Panesar, who secured funding from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
