Vanguard Healthcare, which operates the UK national fleet of mobile operating theatres, has been acquired by its management team from Nuffield Health, the UK's largest healthcare charity.
Vanguard's unique business provides equipped mobile healthcare facilities with staff to healthcare providers throughout the UK and Ireland. The fleet now includes mobile operating theatres, day surgery units, endoscopy suites, recovery wards and clinics.
Robson Taylor Corporate Finance negotiated the terms of the transaction, structured the deal and raised the debt and equity funding.
