Structures One Ltd, a Bristol based structural engineering firm, has been acquired by Hydrock, a consulting and specialist contracting group which provides a wide range of engineering and environmental services.
Structures One will retain its trading identity and will become the structural engineering division of Hydrock.
The shareholders of Structures One were advised by Robson Taylor Corporate Finance, who negotiated the transaction.
