Chantry Digital Limited, a Wiltshire based supplier and installer of audio visual equipment, has acquired B.E. Direct Limited, an online electrical retailer who specialise in the business to business marketplace and supply some of the UK's largest organisations.
B.E. Direct will retain its trading identity and will become the on-line distribution division of Chantry Digital.
Robson Taylor Corporate Finance led the refinancing process, which included negotiating additional bank facilities to enable Chantry Digital to realise its short and medium term acquisition objectives.
