Celtic Technologies Limited, a leading player in the remediation of contaminated sites, has been acquired by EnGlobe Corporation, an international integrated environmental services company quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
This acquisition significantly enhances Englobe's exisiting activities in the UK, and provides Celtic with resources and funding to continue its rapid growth.
The shareholders of Celtic were advised by Robson Taylor Corporate Finance, who negotiated and led the transaction.
